Flow Route Base provides educational sessions and consultations about Solana wallet setup and self-custody. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not custody, transmit, or manage client funds or private keys.

3. Booking and payment

Session fees are quoted on our pricing page and confirmed in writing before your appointment. A deposit may be required to hold your slot. Payment methods and instructions are provided by email after booking confirmation. This website does not process online payments.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase, device security, and any decisions to transfer digital assets. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to attend sessions on time or provide reasonable notice of cancellation.

5. Intellectual property

Website content, session materials, workbooks, and branding are owned by Flow Route Base Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may use printed materials provided during sessions for personal reference but may not reproduce or sell them without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow Route Base Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of digital assets, loss of recovery phrases, indirect or consequential damages, or losses arising from your use of third-party wallet software or hardware. Our total liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the fee paid for that session.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and Scotland as applicable within the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
